Early arrivals before check in time of 2.00pm cannot be guaranteed. For guests who wish to access the rooms before check in times, we strongly recommend to reserve the night prior arrival. The Ambassador Hotel also provides service to store your luggage until the room is ready.
Late departures are on a request bases only, but can not be guaranteed. Please note a surcharge will apply.
Cancellation policy is 4:00pm the day prior to your arrival unless specified differently from your booking agent. If you cancel after this time, hotel will charge one night accommodation from your entire booking.
